And the Winners Are . . .
I absolutely loved all the photos submitted in my "Unplug Christmas" contest. It wasn't easy picking a winner. So I picked two -- Celeste Saladino for her five-foot-tall paean to pine cones and Barbara Isralewitz for her grapevine menorah. Here are their photos again.
Wow, that's a beautiful menorah! Elegant use of natural materials. Good to see the shamash (the ninth candle, which lights the others) properly elevated above the other candles. I want one!
